GOOGLE IS ATTACKED BY AN EMPLOYEE FOR INTERNAL ESPIONAGE
The Google campus is often presented as a dream place to work, with as many screaming devices as relaxing rooms equipped with the craziest objects in ideal conditions. Yet, the work environment does not seem to be in the clear as an employee attacks Google in court for the espionage of his collaborators in-house.
The high-tech market is often at the center of an awakened dream for job seekers.Firms based in Silicon Valley often advocate working environments shifted from the norm, placing the welfare of their employees at the center of their concerns.
Among these dreaming companies, obviously Google. Even students there would be paid 5,000 euros per month , in excellent working conditions at that. This is certain to make the French workers jealous.
Yet an employee of the firm is suing Google today. While there would not be so idyllic, since it accuses the internal espionage developer to go too far. The culture of secrecy is of course inevitable for this type of business, but these would go much further than that.
Indeed, we learn through this process that Google prohibits much more than talking about his projects outside of work. It is also forbidden to speak of breach of the law with the legal adviser of the company, or discuss working conditions at the campus with the outside world.
Even worse, the developer ensures that employees report their colleagues as soon as a leak is made, thanks to a special site set up internally. The denunciation is anonymous, and then lead managers to investigate certain employees.
The employee attacking Google in court, who wished to remain anonymous, denounced the fact that he was wrongly accused of a leak. The slightest embarrassment to these difficult rules is tantamount to being fired on the spot. Despitethe good deeds of Google worldwide , it still seems that his organization is rotten from the inside ...
