Create two connections between the devices using hotspot and wifi.
Then go to settings>>networking and set it like this below.
Then go to settings>>graphics and set it like this below.
Note: Both devices must have same settings of step 1 and step 2.
Then load the pes 2017 in the PPSSPP
Then go to match>>Adhoc and create room with a name e.g Olatech
Then ask your friend to join by going to match>>Adhoc and search for your name (Olatech) to join by clicking on the name.
So you can now start playing your multiplayer mode.
