The project of “smart” hours Matrix that should not be charged collected 7 times more money than originally planned
The project of “smart” hours Matrix that should not be charged collected 7 times more money than originally planned
Next week on the website Indiegogo will end the fundraiser on the release of Matrix PowerWatch — smart watch “endless” supply. The initial goal of $100,000, developers were able to raise over $730 000.
Despite the success of Apple Watch smart watch has not yet become a new milestone in the development of technologies and there are only an optional accessory, the purpose of which can not always explain even the owners. Problems in such devices are many, but one of the main disadvantages is the one that pulls back all niche and repels buyers — low battery life. Few people want to come home at night and put on charge yet another gadget with the iPhone, MacBook and AirPods.
Therefore, Matrix PowerWatch already have at least one significant advantage — a full-fledged smart watches that do not need to be charged. At all.
Integrated device technology is able to convert human body heat into electricity. No magic: like I learned to do back in 1821. This effect is called the thermoelectric or Seebeck effect: if the place of contact of two dissimilar conductors in a closed circuit have different temperatures, then it raises the electricity. NASA, for example, uses it in their spacecraft — the Voyager and the Mars Rover “Curiosity”. The traditional rubric question: why no one thought to apply this effect in wearable electronics before?
PowerWatch automatically enabled whenever you wear them. If the watch is removed, it is all collected in time use data is automatically saved in the device memory, and it goes into sleep mode. When you re-wear them PowerWatch re-booting and so on. If the watch is not removed, they will work the rest of your life.
There are two versions of PowerWatch: normal and with the prefix “X”. The first is a classic 46 mm. It is similar to a traditional men’s watch, but not able to notify about the notifications. The second one is able, it is bigger (52 mm) and is positioned as sporty. Even something like the famous G-Shock. Judging by the photos, both versions look pretty nice, without feigned of futuristi.
Minus the notification system, the functional hours are the same: they know how to determine the quality of sleep and is considered a person consumed calories. Counting, by the way, is a non-standard way: using all the same termoelectrice. If the usual fitness trackers determine the number of calories burned is indirectly based on your height, age, and duration of physical activity, PowerWatch calculate this number according to the level given to your skin heat. The creators claim that this method is not less accurate and reliable.
Waterproof watch: in the normal version you can swim to a depth of 50 m, in the “sports” — up to 200 m (cook scuba). They work with both iPhone and Android-based smartphones, the diameter of both models is 1.2 inches.
Cost: $ 129 for normal model (shipping in July) for another $ 20 you can buy it in black color, but for $ 179 — PowerWatch X (shipping already in October). Considering how expensive most popular watches, price is very nice.

GALAXY S7 A SERIOUS PROBLEM WITH THE CAMERA BUT SAMSUNG DOES NOT WANT TO KNOW ANYTHING
GALAXY S7 A SERIOUS PROBLEM WITH THE CAMERA BUT SAMSUNG DOES NOT WANT TO KNOW ANYTHING
Samsung was thought to be safe until the end of the year, but ultimately the Korean has to face new problems. This time, it is the camera of the Galaxy S7 that is involved. The protective glass of the optics breaks for no apparent reason. But Samsung does not want to know anything and refuses to acknowledge any problem.
No one can say the opposite, the Galaxy S7 is equipped with one of the best cameras on the market. Moreover, the subject matter expert, DxOMark, has ranked among the top names even if it is not perfect. But obviously, some models have some design problems.
Indeed, many users have long complained of problems now with the camera of the Galaxy S7. If the software part and the sensor work well, worry comes from the protective glass of this sensor. She breaks by herself, for no apparent reason.
Initially, the number of cases was quite small and Samsung then questioned the word of a user relaying the problem. The firm believed that the smartphone had to undergo a major shock. But the forums have filled up little by little users encountering the same problem. Problem that makes the camera completely unusable.
Samsung did not recognize that this was a design problem. The Korean giant invites users to repair the Galaxy S7 and change the part in question subject to 65 euros. And when we know the difficulty in repairing a Galaxy S7 , not to do it yourself.
The reaction of Samsung is all the more astounding as the problem is not new. As soon as the release of the Galaxy S7, some users complained about this inconvenience. But soon after a year of marketing, the company has still not done anything. Not sure that it brings back the branding of the brand after the fiasco of the Galaxy Note 7 which scratched its image well.

GOOGLE REACTS TO NEXUS 6P BATTERY PROBLEMS BUT NOT PIXEL
GOOGLE REACTS TO NEXUS 6P BATTERY PROBLEMS BUT NOT PIXEL
Many users of Nexus 6P and Google Pixel have complained of battery problems similar to those of the Apple iPhone 6S. The smartphones turn off suddenly when they reach a certain percentage of battery and they must be plugged in so that they turn on again. Google has responded to these problems but only for Nexus 6P, not Google Pixel.
For some time, Google is struggling with its smartphones. Google Pixels multiply problems with first the photo sensor hit, then the sound and more recently a blocking of the smartphone. Last problem in date, the battery. Like the iPhone 6S, when the battery percentage was 30/40% smartphone was dying and it was impossible to turn it back on other than by plugging.
This problem has also been detected on Nexus 6P. As for this model, the extinction of the smartphone could even intervene when it reached 60% of remaining battery. A real worry in everyday life. After a few days of silence, Google ended up reacting to these concerns.
On Reddit, the Mountain View company has posted an answer to users affected by these battery problems. But only to users of Nexus 6P. Google has indeed posted a post on the subject "Nexus 6P" but nothing concerning the Google Pixel.
The reaction could not be more efficient since Google invites users Nexus 6P to contact the Google Store customer service team. The Mountain View firm will certainly offer a smartphone exchange. For Google Pixel users, this is the total blur. Even if the problem seems to be the same, Google does not seem to settle for its first home smartphones.
If this attitude is surprising, it should be recalled that earlier this week, Google has advised one of its users to see the side of the competing products as the company explained that she probably never find solutions to problems Of its Google Pixel. Was Google really ready to launch its home smartphone?

PS4 Pro does not bolster 4K Blu beam plates since no one uses them
PS4 Pro does not bolster 4K Blu beam plates since no one uses them
WIth the revealing of the PS4 Pro Sony isnt going to contend with Scorpio, however is grasping 4K gaming and 4K media playback. Nonetheless, theres one major proviso to that 4K media playback highlight: 4K UHD Blu-beam plates are not being bolstered by the console. This came as an astonishment since it appeared like a conspicuous element to incorporate and Microsoft included backing for the circles in the Xbox One S.
We were all left scratching our heads as to this exclusion, and at first thought it might be a misstep in the media discharges. In any case, that is not the situation. Andrew House, head of Sony Interactive Entertainment, has affirmed that 4K UHD circles wont be upheld, and never will be bolstered by the PS4 Pro.
PS4_Pro_05
The reasons why Sony isnt that right? Obviously this is on account of motion pictures on physical media is no more that well known and customers like to stream our films and TV appears. To quote House specifically:
Our inclination is that while physical media keeps on being a major part of the diversions business, we see a pattern on video towards gushing … Certainly with our client base, its the second greatest use case for individuals opportunity on the framework so we put more accentuation on that territory.
While its actual that administrations, for example, Netflix are turning out to be progressively mainstream, having the alternative of 4K Blu-beam playback would have been decent. Indeed, even along these lines, the PS4 Pro is for the most part about amusements, however will bolster 4K gushing from the very beginning. So on the off chance that you need to watch motion pictures in 4K you can, just not from a physical plate.
At this moment Sony has a more serious issue to unravel with respect to offering the PS4 Pro to purchasers. That issues is figuring out how to show gamers what it can really do. The PlayStation Meeting endeavored to flaunt what 4K and HDR implies for recreations, however it totally fizzled because of YouTube pressure and most viewers not having a 4K + HDR-fit showcase to watch the presentation. Its intended to be noteworthy, we cant see it without the right unit.
Expect 4K shows snared to a PS4 Pro to begin showing up in recreations stores soon. Sony would likewise do well to offer some uncompressed 4K video downloads of PS4 Pro footage for those with a 4K showcase to really gage the Pros capacities
